Rules and Regulations
• Appointments must be made seven days in advance to guarantee our services (except weddings.) However, requests for services may be made at any time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Twenty four hour notice is required to cancel appointments (except weddings.) Cancellations made in less than a twenty four hour period will be charged for all scheduled services.
• Wedding services must be booked one month in advance to guarantee your appointment.
• Seven days notice is required for wedding service cancellations.
• A 10% discount will be given for parties of five or more.
• We accept local checks, cash, visa and mastercard. (Checks may be made out to the professional performing the service).
• We cater to the Santa Barbara area, but special arrangements can be made to provide service anywhere in the United States.

Caroline Loureiro
Caroline Loureiro is a local business owner and a long time Santa Barbara resident. She first came to this wonderful city from Brazil over a decade ago to visit a friend and to explore new opportunities. To her surprise she wound up finding a new home! Having worked in the hotel industry for many years in Brazil it seemed a logical progression to continue that career path here in Santa Barbara and she enrolled in the Hotel Restaurant Management program at SBCC.
