Privacy Policy

• Appointments must be made seven days in advance to guarantee our services (except weddings). However, requests for services may be made at any time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Twenty four hour notice is required to cancel appointments (except weddings). Cancellations made in less than a twenty four hour period will be charged for all scheduled services.

• Wedding services must be booked one month in advance to guarantee your appointment.

• Seven days notice is required for wedding service cancellations, otherwise you will be charged in full for all scheduled services.

• A 10% discount will be given for parties of five or more.

• There is a 20% gratuity added to all scheduled services

• There is a $35.00 travel fee added per technician for scheduled services outside the Santa Barbara area

• We accept local checks, cash, visa and mastercard.

• We cater to the Santa Barbara County area, but special arrangements can be made to provide service anywhere in the United States.
